Leaf from a tree in the front yard....this is the only leaf left on that oneToday in the United States we celebrate Thanksgiving!
I wasn't sure what kind of post to do today - such pressure :)
So I thought I would share something from childhood.
When I was growing up, it was traditional for us to
sit around the table and tell what we were thankful for
Here's my list.
I am thankful for:
A wonderful job that I love
A new found appreciation for nature
Kind and generous parents who didn't give up on
the black sheep of the family
Fantastic siblings who are always supportive
Two great kids who are quickly becoming wonderful young adults
A terrific husband - truly a gift from God
To God for sending the greatest Gift of all
I hope that I can make every day a Thankful day!

In Norway we don`t celebrate Thanksgiving. I wish we did....
I heard on the radio today about Norwegian families who had lived in USA. They are still celebrating Thanksgiving, after returning to Norway.
Happy Thanksgiving to you. :)
Your leaves are getting better and better.

So, Kerri, once you were a wild child? Me too. I am really glad for my past now because I have so many absolutely astonishing moments in memory. In fact, I'm thankful for my past today and I hope you are thankful for yours as well. Love, Annie.
Nice post Kerri. Sweet to see the leaves, still hanging on as best they can. And wonderful to share in your thanks.
Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! A little bit late, but from the heart. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but it is a wonderful oportunity to be grateful, so I am thankful to God for showing me the way and for taking care of my family.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, too!
I hope it is not too late to wish you happy Thanksgiving. I hope you had a wonderful time with your family. I am glad for you having so much to be thankful for. We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, but I am too and always thankful to God for so many things in my life. The first one is that I survive the war with my family and no matter what we went through back then we are still health and alive.
Your leaf photos are beautiful.
Kerri, I am thrilled with your efforts because they made your Thanksgiving post perfect. Thank you for sharing your wonderful list of blessings. And thanks for stopping by my blog.
It's wonderful to see that you have so much to be thankful for in your life! Beautiful photos - I will never tire of seeing leaf pictures.
